4.3 Boost Services

Our advertising and promotional services integrate with third-party platforms. Results are not guaranteed and depend on various factors outside our control.

4.4 Famespike Services

Viral marketing services are designed to increase exposure but do not guarantee specific results or viral success.

5. Content Rights and Licenses

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all music, artwork, and other content you submit to AVIDZ. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Distribute your music to DSPs and other platforms
• Store, reproduce, and transmit your content
• Use your content for promotional purposes
• Register your works with collecting societies

5.2 Content Warranties

You warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws
• You have obtained all necessary clearances and permissions

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Engage in artificial streaming or fraudulent activity
• Manipulate play counts, downloads, or other metrics
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access our Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Fees and Payments

7.1 Pricing

Fees for our Services are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

7.2 Royalty Payments

We will pay you royalties earned from your content according to our payment schedule, minus any applicable fees, commissions, or taxes.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVIDZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVIDZ from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
